Abstract  Abstract

The embodiment of the invention claims an uplink power control method user equipment and a base station. The method comprises the following steps: configuring information receiving channel state information reference signal CSI-RS from the base station the configuration information comprises a reference signal CSI-RS port information and the reference signal power information for path loss of the uplink power control based on the CSI-RS configuration information. The embodiment of the invention uses CSI-RS to road loss measurement is different from the common CRS CSI-RS can be directed to a particular base station so it can carry out road loss measurement aiming at the target base station for uplink transmission the path loss compensation and the actual loss is matched so as to improve the performance of the uplink power control.
