Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims an uplink power control method used for realizing the power control process provided with uplink channel of different uplink transmission times to the terminal device not more than the maximum emission power which is the total transmit power of the first sub-frame so as to ensure that the system can work normally. The method comprises the terminal device which determines the current uplink sub-frame of transmission for each uplink channel/target transmission power of the signal; the terminal device the current channel in the uplink sub-frame/transmission time is divided into a plurality of transmission time period; each transmission time period at any time of uplink channel signal and each transmission time in the time period contained in the uplink channel signal and other transmission time period of said uplink channel signal is not the same; the terminal device in the transmission time of the transmission time of the uplink channel of transmitting/target transmission power of the control signal to the power control the sending time period of the transmission of uplink channel transmit power used for the broadcast/is not exceeded the preset maximum transmission power of the terminal device. Furthermore this invention claims a device for realizing said method.
