Abstract  Abstract

The invention relates to a mobile communication technology specifically to a technology for sending uplink resource scheduling request by user equipment in LTE (Long Term Evolution) system providing a method and user equipment for sending uplink resource scheduling request by user equipment in LTE mobile communication system for shortening the transmission delay time of user data. The embodiment of the invention is capable of setting the minimum of candidate option of SR transmission period configuration parameter as 2 ms or 1 ms namely the candidate option of transmission period configuration parameter of SR is increased with 2 ms or 1 ms or additionally increased with 2 ms and 1 ms thereby the flexibility of whole system in the SR transmission period configuration is improved; while the data delay time request is smaller 2 ms or 1 ms of the SR transmission period configuration is used for reducing the transmission delay time of the user data and close to 10 ms of delay requirement as possible.
