Abstract
A cell reselecting method and device mainly comprises reselecting the cell according to the user priority level parameter sent by the source cell and received by the terminal after the terminal parks in the target cell and before acquiring the user priority level parameter sent by the target cell. The embodiment in the invention adopts the operation of reselecting the cell according to the user priority level parameter sent by the source cell before acquiring the user priority level parameter sent by the target cell to accurately reselect more proper priority level parameter during the reselecting process of the corresponding priority level cells so as to select the expected parking cell of the user during the reselecting process of the corresponding priority level cells.
