Abstract  Abstract

The present invention relates to a transmitting process a transmitter and an integrated circuit. The present invention provides a random accessing process capable of determining a dedicated channel between a wireless communication terminal and a base station device within a relatively short period of time and a wireless communication terminal for conducting such random accessing process. In such device the RACH sub-channel allocation unit (211) allocates in a random manner transmission packets input by the duplication unit (202) to an optional sub-carrier through an optional timeslot of RACH in the step ST320. In step 330 the allocation unit (210) determines whether reduplication occurs in the results of allocation by the RACH sub-channel allocation unit (211). The allocation unit (210) requires reallocation in the step ST320 to any party of the RACH sub-channel allocation unit (211) generating such reduplication when such reduplication is determined by the allocation unit (210) to be occurring in the results of allocation. In another aspect a step ST340 is conducted when such reduplication is determined not to be occurring in the results of allocation.
