Abstract  Abstract

This invention claims a method for realizing the up frequency hopping transmission which is suitable for the communication system with time slot frame structure. It comprises: separating the time slot into the first time slot and the second time slot; assigning two frequency bands each comprises at least a source unit; the source unit in said frequency band is continuous in the frequency domain when there are more than one source unit; informing the terminal assigned frequency band and the frequency hopping style; the terminal is switched to the other frequency band for up transmission in the second time slot after up transmitting on a frequency band in the first time slot according to the frequency hopping style. This invention also claims a system and a terminal for realizing the up frequency hopping transmission. The frequency hopping in a transmission time interval in the substituting frame structure in the long term evolution programme can be realized by making use of this invention; thereby the frequency diversity gain can be obtained.
