Abstract
Methods and devices for a transfer between user equipment (IUT), an access transfer (AT) and back-up of a session of IP multimedia subsystems (IMS) initiated by an application server of continuity and centralization of services (SCC AS ). The SCC AS receives information, where the information includes availability information, capacity information or preference information and processes the information to determine IUT or AT capabilities of one or more of the wireless transmission / reception units (WTRUs) capable of IMS and starts the AT or the IUT.
