Abstract
In order to appropriately control communications using a plurality of cells including a cell to which numerology different from an existing LTE system is applied a user terminal for communicating by using a plurality of cells including a first cell and a second cell is equipped with: a reception unit for receiving from the first cell information on synchronization between the first cell and the second cell and/or information on a synchronization signal block configuration in the second cell; and a control unit for controlling a connection operation to the second cell on the basis of the information on the synchronization and/or the information on the synchronization signal block configuration.
