DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD AND DEVICE IN CARRIER AGGREGATION SYSTEM

Abstract

A data transmission method and device in a carrier aggregation system, which belong to the technical field of wireless communication, are provided in the embodiments of the invention for solving the problem of transmitting data by a User Equipment (UE) in a sub-frame whose uplink or downlink transmission direction is not ensured. In the invention, a terminal determines whether an uplink schedule signal corresponding to a sub-frame whose uplink or downlink transmission direction is not ensured is received from a base station, and according to the determination result, the terminal uses the sub-frame whose uplink or downlink transmission direction is not ensured to transmit uplink data or receive downlink data. Thus it can be seen that, the terminal in the invention can determine how to transmit data in the sub-frame whose uplink or downlink transmission direction is not ensured according to judging whether an uplink schedule signal is received, so that the problem of transmitting data in the sub-frame whose uplink or downlink transmission direction is not ensured by a UE which cannot support simultaneous uplink and downlink transmission is solved.
