A method device and system for resource immediate assignment are disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention which includes: according to the channel request messages of at least two terminals an immediate assignment message is formed and said immediate assignment message assigns the channel resource to said at least two terminals according to the channel request messages of said at least two terminals and said immediate assignment message is transmitted. Implementing the embodiments of the present invention it realizes that one immediate assignment message can assign packet resource to at least two terminals in the case that the valid byte of the immediate assignment message is unchanged thus the access requirement for more terminals is satisfied.
