Abstract
The present invention provides a method for notifying Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) sub frame configuration which includes the following steps: a first node sends its MBSFN sub frame configuration via an X2 interface to a second node connected with the first node; the first node receives MBSFN sub frame configuration of the second node returned by each second node. According to the invention a serving cell is able to know the MBSFN sub frame configuration condition of a neighboring cell and/or Relay Node (RN) and utilize resources reasonably according to the configuration type thereby the interference between cells is reduced and system capacity and efficiency are improved.
