A method for processing the bearing and a network device are provided which include the following steps: if the user subscribing data recorded in the mobile managing device are changed the existing state of the corresponding user device is confirmed; based on the existing state of the user device the mobile managing device initiates a modification process or a deletion process of the bearing. The mobile managing device includes the following parts: a memory unit which is used to record the user subscribing data; a judging unit which is used to confirm the existing state of the corresponding user device when the user subscribing data recorded in the memory unit are changed; a trigger unit which is used to initiate a modification process or a deletion process of the bearing according to the existing state of the user device.
