Abstract
A method a system and an apparatus for selecting network devices are provided in embodiments of the present invention which include: selecting a Primary Pool or a Pool with the highest priority from preset information when a user equipment UE wants to select a network device; selecting the network device for the UE from the selected Primary Pool or Pool with the highest priority. By using the present invention the number of MMEs and serving gateways relocation could be reduced effectually and the network running efficiency could be enhanced; and synchronously by a UE which has or starts a new service function selecting to attach to a network device with the new service function diversiform demands for the service development are adapted and the device cost is reduced.
