Abstract  Abstract

A coding method based on the reduced transmission time interval includes: acquiring the reduced transmission time interval (RTTI) radio block; convolutionally coding for the RTTI radio block; performing the bit switch for the convolutionally coded data according to the predetermined rule. A coding apparatus includes: acquisition unit for acquiring the RTTI control block and sending the RTTI control block to the convolutionally coding unit; the convolutionally coding unit for convolutionally coding the received RTTI control block; the bit switch unit for performing the bit switch for the convolutionally coded data according to the predetermined rule. The present invention can effectively lower the influence for the radio performance of the channel due to introducing RTTI.
