Abstract  Abstract

The invention discloses a method for the users terminal which enters into the group communication later that has established the grouping call to occupy the uplink the method comprises: a. When the uplink channel of the group communication that has established the grouping call is occupied by the speaker the group communication sends speakers priority level message to the users terminal which enters into the group communication later; b. the users terminal which enters into the group communication later judges whether its setting priority level is higher than the speakers priority lever if that is confirms it can make uplink occupy; otherwise demodulates the downlink grouping call channel that is distributed when grouping call is established receives the speak. The method is that when the priority level of the users terminal which enters into the group communication later is higher it can send quest of uplink access to the group communication network makes uplink occupy.
