Abstract  Abstract

A method and terminal of transmitting uplink access request by a user in a trunked group are disclosed. Priorities are preset for users of the same trunked group and stored in the users. The method includes the following steps: when a user which has transmitted uplink access request receives the information transmitted by network side indicating that the uplink channel is busy the user judges whether the preset priority of the user is higher than that of a user currently occupying the uplink channel according to the received information of the priority of the user currently occupying the uplink channel transmitted by the network side of the trunked system; if so the user transmits uplink access request again and else the user determines that uplink access of this time is failed.
