The invention discloses a method for user uplink preempting in the franked group franked system network side allocates uplink and downlink group calling channels for this trunked group and also allocates dedicated uplink for the speaker within this franked group to speak this method also comprises: A when the listener need to speak the listener originates UPLINK ACCESS to the franked system network side through the allocated uplink group calling channel; B franked system network side receiving this UPLINK ACCESS releases the dedicated uplink group calling channel allocated for the speaker regards the speaker as listener listening to the downlink group calling channel allocated for the franked group; C franked system network side allocates an idle uplink for the listener originating the UPLINK ACCESS as this listeners dedicated uplink group calling channel; D the listener originating UPLINK ACCESS speaks via the allocated dedicated uplink group calling channel as the current speaker.
