Abstract
The application relates to radio communications and discloses a method and apparatus for feeding back and receiving acknowledgment (ACK) information of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data packets. The method includes receiving downlink data packets and an uplink data assignment indicator (UL DAI) from a base station, wherein a value of the UL DAI indicates a number (N) of all scheduled downlink sub-frames which scheduled by the base station for the user equipment, the number N is greater than 1, and a number k (k<N) of the downlink data packets is/are semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data packets; forming a feedback signal comprising N acknowledgements/negative acknowledgements (ACKs/NAKs) acknowledging the N downlink data packets, k ACKs/NAKs of the k SPS data packets is/are placed from (N-k+1)th to Nth positions of the N ACKs/NAKs; and sending the feedback signal to the base station starting from the ACK/NAK at the first position.

Claim
1. A method for a user equipment device (UE) to feedback acknowledgement (ACK) information or negative acknowledgement (NAK) information, comprising:
receiving a quantity N of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) sub-frames that are scheduled by a base station for the UE, wherein the N scheduled PDSCH sub-frames include a quantity M dynamic scheduling sub-frame(s) and a quantity k semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) sub-frame(s), wherein N, M, and k are integers, 0
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first bit to the Mth bit of the N-bit sequence is/are arranged to carry the ACK or NAK information of the M dynamic scheduling sub-frame(s).
4. The method according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an uplink data assignment indicator (UL DAI) from the base station, wherein the UL DAI indicates the quantity N of the scheduled PDSCH sub-frames.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein an SPS sub-frame is a sub-frame that carries a data packet without a resource scheduling index, and a dynamic scheduling sub-frame is a sub-frame that carries a data packet with a resource scheduling index.
6. A user equipment device (UE), comprising:
a receiver, configured to receive a quantity N of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) sub-frames that are scheduled by a base station for the UE, wherein the N scheduled PDSCH sub-frames include a quantity M dynamic scheduling sub-frame(s) and a quantity k semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) sub-frame(s), wherein N, M, and k are integers, 0
8. The UE according to claim 6, wherein the first bit to the Mth bit of the N-bit sequence is/are arranged to carry the ACK or NAK information of the M dynamic scheduling sub-frame(s).
9. The UE according to claim 6, wherein the receiver is further configured to receive an uplink data assignment indicator (UL DAI) from the base station, wherein the UL DAI indicates the quantity N of the scheduled PDSCH sub-frames.
10. The UE according to claim 6, wherein an SPS sub-frame is a sub-frame that carries a data packet without a resource scheduling index, and a dynamic scheduling sub-frame is a sub-frame that carries a data packet with a resource scheduling index.
11. A computer program product, comprising a storage medium storing a computer program thereon, which when executed by a computer, cause the computer to:
receive a quantity N of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) sub-frames that are scheduled by a base station for the UE, wherein the N scheduled PDSCH sub-frames include a quantity M dynamic scheduling sub-frame(s) and a quantity k semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) sub-frame(s), wherein N, M, and k are integers, 0
13. The computer program product according to claim 11, wherein the first bit to the Mth bit of the N-bit sequence is/are arranged to carry the ACK or NAK information of the M dynamic scheduling sub-frame(s).
14. The computer program product according to claim 11, wherein the program further cause the computer to:
receive an uplink data assignment indicator (UL DAI) from the base station, wherein the UL DAI indicates the quantity N of the scheduled PDSCH sub-frames.
15. The computer program product according to claim 11, wherein an SPS sub-frame is a sub-frame that carries a data packet without a resource scheduling index, and a dynamic scheduling sub-frame is a sub-frame that carries a data packet with a resource scheduling index.
