Abstract  Abstract

The invention relates to welding, in particular to the technical means of teaching techniques and skills of manual electric welding. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of manual arc welding techniques by monitoring the regulatory parameters of the welding process. The simulator of the device interface is a light path, illuminated from the inside by a pulsed lamp with a constant frequency. The rest of the operating field is illuminated by another flash lamp with the same frequency of light flashes, but with a phase shift of 180. The device contains a processing unit of information received photo sensors. Which is located at the end of the electrode simulator. As a result of information processing, the device determines whether the controlled parameters fall within the specified limits — the speed of movement of the electrode simulator along the junction, the size of the simulated arc gap, the location of the electrode simulator above the light path. The first error occurring is fixed on the light indication unit and stops the training. In this case, the value of the distance traveled before the occurrence of an error in conventional units is also displayed. 3 il. (/
