Abstract
The present invention discloses a method, apparatus, terminal and device for processing a partial bandwidth deactivation timer, in the present invention receiving a command related to uplink transmission transmitted by a network side, and starting a partial bandwidth deactivation timer according to the received command or restart. The present invention clarifies the specific operation mechanism of the partial bandwidth deactivation timer so that the terminal and the base station can perform signaling and data transmission for the correct resource while avoiding signaling and data transmission errors and resource waste.
