Abstract
A method for managing carrier aggregation for a wireless transmitter / receiver unit (WTRU) of a multi-radio access technology (RAT) is disclosed. The method includes receiving provisioning information through the primary channel associated with a first type of RAT for the WRTU to provision a supplemental channel associated with a second type of RAT; Setting the supplemental channel associated with a second type of RAT based on the received provisioning information; And wirelessly exchanging first data associated with communication over the primary channel via the first type of RAT wirelessly by the wireless WRTU and wirelessly exchanging second data associated with communication over the secondary channel through a second type of RAT Wirelessly. ≪ / RTI >
