Abstract  Abstract

Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for transmitting control information in a mobile communication system. The method comprises: a process of which a second transceiver receives a reference signal from a first transceiver; a process of which the second transceiver determines a plurality of control information based on the reference signal received from the first transceiver; a process of which the second transceiver joint-encodes the control information by using a block code; and a process of which the second transceiver transmits the joint-encoded control information to the first transceiver. The multiple control information is relates to a channel state of a downlink channel measured based on the reference signal, and includes channel quality indicator information and precoding information.
