Abstract
The broadcast / multicast transmission format includes data portions 402 and 504 and a cyclic prefix (CP) coupled to the traffic data portion. Also described are methods and systems for broadcast / multicast transmissions applied to communication systems that perform broadcast or multicast transmissions. Adding a pilot to the data portion of the transmission is also disclosed.
