Abstract  Abstract

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for transmitting control information in a wireless telecommunication system are provided to efficiently transmit control information by providing an effective channel format and signal processing method. CONSTITUTION: A base station and a terminal constitute a plurality of cells(S3602). The plurality of cells includes one PCell(Primary Cell) and one or more SCell(Secondary Cell)s. The terminal transmits uplink control information through a PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel)(S3604). The uplink control information includes at least one of receiving response information about a downlink signal, channel state information, or scheduling request information. The downlink signal includes a PDCCH signal or a PDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared Channel) signal corresponding to the PDCCH signal. The PDCCH signal includes the PDCCH(SCell PDCCH) signal transmitted on the SCell. A PUCCH signal transmission procedure includes a PUCCH resource allocation determination process and a PUCCH signal generation process.
