Abstract

The present invention relates to a method, a facility and a system for arranging MBMS control information. The method includes the steps of a network side equipment broadcasting MCCH configuration information to a terminal through a BCCH channel and the terminal receiving the MCCH configuration information; The network side equipment transmitting MBSFN region configuration information to the terminal through an MCCH channel and the terminal receiving the MBSFN region configuration information based on the MCCH configuration information; And transmitting, by the network equipment, the MBMS service data to the terminal through an MTCH channel, and receiving the MBMS service data based on the MBSFN region configuration information. In the present invention, the network-side equipment broadcasts the MCCH configuration information to the terminal through the BCCH channel and transmits the MBSFN region configuration information to the terminal through the MCCH channel, so that the information to be transmitted in the BCCH channel and the MCCH channel are separately arranged and different from each other.
