Abstract  Abstract

PURPOSE: A method and a device for handling reverse transmission resources in a mobile communication system are provided to generate upper layer data to be multiplexed in MAC PDUs while minimizing overhead in a terminal which receives grants. CONSTITUTION: If UE(User Equipment) receives grants for initial transmission at the same time, a MAC(Medium Access Control) device of the UE calculates the amount of integrated resources(405,410). The MAC device distributes resources to each logical channel using the amount of the integrated resources(415). The MAC device performs a logical channel-MAC PDU (Protocol Data Unit) mapping process(420). The MAC device allocates resources as much as the size of a resource corresponding to each logical channel(425).
