Abstract  Abstract

PURPOSE: A device and a method for setting wireless connection in a multi carrier system are provided to enable a base station which sets carrier collection to send a priority for carriers which belong to the carrier collection to a terminal to enable the terminal to perform a specific process according to the priority, thereby preventing service delay or stop. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives carrier collection information defining collected carriers from a base station(S100). The terminal performs a wireless link with the base station using at least one first carrier among the carriers(S110). In case of failure of a wireless link, the terminal transmits signaling to the base station using the second carrier among the carriers(S120,S130).
