Abstract  Abstract

A system and a method thereof for the internet protocol of two types allocated from network and assigning proper IP to the terminal using IP are provided to reduce unnecessary overhead and simplify routing. A terminal(301) transmits the access request message to a mobility management node. The mobility management node transmits the first bearer require-message to a first node(311). The second bearer require-message is transmitted with the second node(321). The first node transmits a bearer result message including simple internet protocol to the mobility management node. The bearer result message including the second node is the mobile IP is transmitted to the mobility management node. A connection result message including the mobility management node is the simple internet protocol and mobile IP are transmitted to the terminal.
