Abstract  Abstract

A control channel transmitting method in a mobile communication system is provided to improve the efficiency of the mobile communication system and prevent the waste of transmission resources by transmitting even the rest signals even when a partial transmission error is predicted. If one transmission section of a preamble and postamble of a second channel is partially overlapped with a transmission limited section, where signals can not be transmitted according to a compressed mode transmission scheme, when transmitting the second channel including information used for detection of a first channel, a second channel signal corresponding to the rest transmission section except the transmission limited section is transmitted. After predetermined time has passed after transmitting the second channel signal, a first channel signal is transmitted.
