Abstract  Abstract

The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for ACK / NACK transmission. A physical downlink having a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and a downlink (DL) downlink assignment index (DAI) Upon reception of only the PDCCH in the feedback window, the terminal equipment transmits the SPS PDSCH 1b on the PUCCH format 1a / 1b resource using PUCCH format 1b with channel selection or ACK / NACK bundling. ACK / NACK feedback information corresponding to the PDCCH and ACK / NACK feedback information corresponding to the PDCCH. Therefore, an ACK / NACK can be transmitted even when the base station constructs a PUCCH format 3 resource for transmitting feedback but the terminal equipment can not acquire this PUCCH format 3 resource.
