Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: when feedback information regarding a wireless channel is not allowed to be provided on an individual subband basis to selected subbands flexibility can be reduced and quality of data communications over the wireless channel can be reduced.

SOLUTION: To report feedback information regarding a wireless channel a mobile station determines whether or not a predefined condition is satisfied. In response to the determination that the predefined condition is satisfied the feedback information regarding an individual one of a plurality of subbands of the wireless channel is included in a first report to be sent to a base station. In response to the determination that the predefined condition is not satisfied aggregated feedback information regarding the plurality of subbands is included in a second report to be sent to the base station.
