Abstract
The present invention discloses processing methods, devices, terminals and devices for partial bandwidth inactive timers. In the present invention, the instruction regarding the uplink transmission transmitted by the network side is received, and the partial bandwidth inactivity timer is started or restarted according to the received instruction. The present invention reveals a specific step mechanism for BWP inactive timers. Terminals and base stations can perform signaling and data transmission on the correct resources to avoid signaling and data transmission errors and resource waste.
