To provide a terminal to reduce latency in a wireless network.SOLUTION: A wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) 102 comprises: a processor 118 that determines PUCCH resources based on a number of hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) bits included in an uplink transmission and determines a format of the uplink transmission based on a number of symbols defining the length of the uplink transmission and the number of HARQ-ACK bits included in the uplink transmission; and a transceiver 120 that transmits the uplink transmission using the determined PUCCH resources and format.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
