PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a circuit switching fallback (CSFB) request to be managed and to allow a mobile management entity (MME) to detect one or multiple unprocessed CSFB requests.SOLUTION: In response to detection of an unprocessed CSFB request, an MME can generate a message to give notice of one or multiple unprocessed CSFB requests, and transmit the message to one of a mobile switch center (MSC) and a virtual location register (VLR).
