An apparatus for being used by an evolved Node, eNB, of an evolved universal terrestrial radio access network, E-UTRAN, comprising: a communication module for communicating with a user equipment, UE; and a multimedia broadcast / multicast service module, MBMS, to: transmit to the UE, through the communication module, system information that must indicate multiple frequency carriers through which the respective MBMS services will be provided, where the information of the system is included in a block transmission of system information; and characterized in that the MBMS module must also: receive from the UE, through the communication module, an indication message of MBMS interest to indicate a plurality of the frequency carriers by which the UE is receiving or is interested in receiving two or more of the plurality of MBMS services, wherein the MBMS indication of interest also includes a priority indicator to indicate a priority of the UE for the reception of all frequency carriers indicated in the MBMS indication of interest in comparison with the reception of any unicast carrier.
