Abstract  Abstract

A method for ensuring random data access in parallel in a carrier aggregation scenario, comprising: transmitting, by a user equipment, a random access sequence through a physical random access channel, PRACH, with another uplink transmission in the same subframe of different carriers, characterized in that the other uplink transmission comprises a physical uplink control channel, PUCCH, and a shared uplink physical channel, PUSCH, and the other transmission of the uplink is performed in a main service cell and the PRACH is sent in an auxiliary service cell; and when the power is limited, the user equipment controls the priority of the transmission power of the PRACH and the priority of the transmission power of an uplink channel over which the other uplink transmission is performed as follows: it is controlled that the priority of the transmission power of a PUSCH transmission that does not comprise Uplink Control Information, UCI is less than the priority of the transmission power of a PUSCH transmission that comprises the UCI, is controlled that the priority of the transmission power of the PUSCH transmission comprising the UCI is less than the priority of the transmission power of the PUCCH, and it is controlled that the priority of the transmission power of the PUCCH is lower than the priority of the transmission power of the PRACH .
