Abstract
A method in the user equipment (120), to adjust values of system parameters used within a cell (130) that is served by a base station (110) of a wireless communication system (100), wherein The method comprises: receiving (501), for the system parameters, a first set of parameter values and a first associated tag, from the base station (110), storing (502) the first set of parameter values received and the first associated tag, receive (503), for the system parameters, a second set of parameter values and a second associated tag, from the base station (110), store (504) the second set of received parameter values and the Second associated tag, the method characterized by comprising: receiving the configuration information from the base station (110) indicating recurring time instances in which the user equipment (120) will read a command to adjust the system parameter values, whose command comprises a command label, receive (506) commands to adjust the system parameter values from the base station (110), and apply (509) the first set of parameter values associated with the first stored tag, if the first stored tag corresponds to the received command tag, and apply the second set of parameter values associated with the second stored tag, if the second stored tag corresponds to the received command tag.
