Abstract  Abstract

A mobile station, in which the mobile station is arranged to transmit information in at least one subframe of the uplink frames in an uplink direction and receive information in at least one subframe of the downlink frames in a address of the downlink, in the each frame of the uplink and the downlink comprises a plurality of frame addresses, the plurality of frame addresses being divided into a first subframe and a second subframe, the mobile station being configured to: transmit data in the uplink address in the second subframe of a first frame of the uplink, including the second subframe the data in an assigned channel, the assigned channel occupying one or more frame addresses of the second subframe; receiving, in the link address descending, an acknowledgment message ARQ in the first subframe of a downlink frame , the first subframe being received before the recurrence of one or more frame addresses used by the assigned channel; when the ARQ acknowledgment message indicates that the data has not been received, transmit, in the uplink address, the data in the second subframe of a second frame of the uplink, including the second subframe a repetition of the data in the assigned channel; when the ARQ acknowledgment message acknowledges receipt of the data, release the channel assigned for use in a second frame of the link ascending immediately after the first frame of the uplink, the frame addresses of the assigned channel being available for use before its occurrence in the second frame of the uplink; wherein the first and second downlink frames are next to each other in a series of downlink frames and the first and second uplink frames are next to each other in a series of uplink frames.
