Abstract  Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention provide a control information method receiving method and device. The control information sending method includes: determining a first subframe of a first radio frame on a first carrier where the first subframe includes a control region; sending control information in the control region of the first subframe of the first radio frame to a user equipment where the control information includes a PDCCH; and sending an ePDCCH in a second subframe of the first radio frame to the user equipment. According to the embodiments of the present invention when control information borne on an ePDCCH cannot be sent in a first radio frame a PDCCH can still be sent to a user equipment through a control region in a first subframe thereby achieving purposes of performing uplink/downlink scheduling for the user equipment and downlink feedback for uplink data of the user equipment.
