Abstract  Abstract

A method for mapping a control channel a method for detecting a control channel and devices thereof are provided. The method for mapping a control channel includes: for the same aggregation level according to a signaling length of a control channel corresponding to a component carrier determining a corresponding search space for at least two control channels that have the same signaling length so as to enable the at least two control channels that have the same signaling length to use the same search space and mapping the at least two control channels that have the same signaling length to the determined corresponding search space; and/or determining corresponding search spaces for at least two control channels that have different signaling lengths respectively so as to enable the at least two control channels that have different signaling lengths to use the different search spaces in at least one time transmission unit and respectively mapping the at least two control channels that have different signaling lengths to the determined corresponding search spaces. Therefore conflicts between the control channels are reduced and the number of times of blind detection of the control channels is also reduced.
