Abstract
A method and a device for assigning temporary flow identities (TFIs) are provided. The method includes: assigning a non-zero TFI to a terminals each temporary block flow (TBF) fed back by a piggybacked acknowledgement/non-acknowledgement (PAN) where the terminal uses a starting sequence number-based (SSN-based) PAN and multiplexed in a channel with one or more other terminals and providing the non-zero TFI to the terminal. A method and a device for distinguishing feedback information by using TFIs assigned by the assigning method are further provided.
