Abstract
A method of a PPP access terminal obtaining a server address of the provider includes: when the PPP access terminal accesses a network through an access server the access service device sends the providers server address to the PPP access terminal. Then after the PPP access terminal has obtained the providers server address it configures the address in local. The invention a method of obtaining the service server and the manager server addresses for the PPP access mode which method can reduce the configure work in the process of service distribution save the run cost of the provider. At the same time the invention can support the roam service. The invention also discloses a PPP access terminal and an access service device.
