Abstract  Abstract

The utility model provides an evolved node B, which comprises at least one antenna and at least one transceiver coupled with the antenna. The evolved node B comprises a first Uu measurement unit which is coupled with the transceiver and configured to carry out the first radio usage measurement. The first radio use measurement can measure the radio usage between the evolved node B and at least one wireless transmitting/receiving unit. The evolved node B can comprise a second Uu measurement unit which is coupled with the transceiver and configured to carry out the second radio usage measurement. The second radio usage measurement can measure the radio usage between the evolved node B and at least one relay node. The evolved node B can comprise an evaluation unit which is coupled with the first Uu measurement unit and the second Uu measurement unit. The evaluation unit can be configured to utilize the first radio usage measurement or the second radio usage measurement.
