The utility model discloses a wireless transmitting/receiving unit (WTRU) the WTRU includes: an antenna a receiver which communicates with the antenna a transmitter which communicates with the antenna a processor which communicates with the receiver and the transmitter and a display which communicates with the processor. The processor is configured to receive the paging message via the packet switching (PS) radio access technology (RAT) the packet message includes WTRU identifier and a domain identifier the domain identifier indicates whether the paging message is correlative with the service on the circuit switching (CS) RAT; determine whether the WTRU identifier in the paging message matches with the stored WTRU identifier; under the condition that the WTRU identifier in the paging message matches with the stored WTRU identifier execute the reverse procedure of CS RAT; and respond to the paging message with the CS RAT-based identifier assigned to the WTRU.
