Abstract  Abstract

The utility model claims a wireless emitting/receiving unit (WTRU); the WTRU comprises an antenna a receiving-sending machine and a controller; the receiving-sending machine is mounted on the enhancing type special channel special physical control channel (E-DPCCH) to transmit the satisfied bit so as to indicate whether the up chain date speed corresponding to the WTRU is sufficient for the network. The controller is deployed for setting the satisfied bit into satisfaction or dissatisfaction after evaluating the standard comprising following standards: whether the WTRU has the enough available power to perform the higher data speed transmission; if the MAC-i/is is deployed the controller determines whether the marked E-TFC is supported based on the power bias same with the currently chosen E-TFC and evaluates said standard through marking the E-TFC at least x bits large than the transmission block of the chosen E-TFC.
