Abstract
The application provides a communication method, a communication device, electronic equipment and a computer-readable storage medium. The method improves the measurement time configuration (SMTC) of the cell synchronization signal, the improved SMTC comprises SSB information of a service beam cell and adjacent beam cells, and the adjacent beam cells comprise beam cells covered by beams of a first non-ground node except the service beam of the service beam cell and/or beam cells covered by beams of a second non-ground node adjacent to the first non-ground node, so that the UE can timely and reliably obtain SSB signals of the beam cells covered by the beams of the first non-ground node except the service beam and/or the beam cells covered by the beams of the second non-ground node to realize cell measurement of the non-ground communication network.
