Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to appropriately set an RRM measurement. A user terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by having: a reception unit for receiving information about a parameter that is common to a plurality of resources for a reference signal; and a control unit for controlling, on the basis of the information about the parameter, the reporting of a measurement result in which the reference signal in some of the plurality of resources is utilized and information pertaining to the measured resource.
