Abstract
The invention discloses a method, a device, a terminal and equipment for processing a partial bandwidth deactivation timer, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving an instruction related to uplink transmission sent by a network side; the partial bandwidth deactivation timer is started or restarted according to the received instruction. The invention defines the specific working mechanism of the deactivation timer of partial bandwidth, so that the terminal and the base station can carry out signaling and data transmission on correct resources, and signaling and data transmission errors and resource waste are avoided.
