Abstract
Provide the method and apparatus for constructing polarization code.Transmitter determines that at least one parameter sets corresponding with the data to be sent and the ranking index set corresponding with the bit for the data to be sent based on parameter sets, ranking index set are used to indicate the location sets for the bit to be sent.Transmitter at least carries out Polarization Coding to data to generate the encoding block of data based on parameter sets and ranking index set, and sends the encoding block of data.
