Abstract
A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) and a method for multi-radio access technology (multi-RAT) access mode operation of the WTRU are disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: measuring, by the WTRU, a condition based on a policy, wherein the WTRU has a bearer with a first RAT based on an Identity (ID); and establishing a bearer in the second RAT by using the ID based on the measured condition and one or more associated thresholds.
